Margaret joined Real Estate 360 in 1990 as a Junior Property Accountant. Over time with the company her initiative nature enabled her to learn many facets of the business with the focus on growing her accounting skills and accounting software knowledge.

Her dedication and hard work allowed her to ease into the role of Accounting Manager in 2022. She is always ready to lend a hand and is a great support for her department, as well as the entire office. Her extensive knowledge with condominium accounting is very beneficial to supporting Condominium Boards with all accounting aspects.

Melissa Fraser

Melissa joined Real Estate 360 in 2008; A master of all trades, she initially joined the Accounting team, and over her time with the company she shared her invaluable knowledge and experience over all divisions, transitioning to the roles of Condominium Manager and eventually Property Administrator. In her current role of Administration Manager, Melissa is a valued member of the Senior Management team overseeing the Administration department with a focus in Human Resources, Special Projects and Information Technology. Melissa holds extensive knowledge of trending developments in the office and information sector and generally ensures the success of the company though her unwavering dedication and constant attention to detail.

Diana Otteson

She has a total of 28 years of experience in the management of building operations, tendering and awarding of contracts for service requirements and subsequent supervision, promoting tenant relations, preparation of operating budgets, leasing & lease administration, preparation of management reports, and solicitation of new business. Her portfolio includes commercial, residential and condominium properties and she has been responsible for the coordination, implementation and project management of leasehold improvements and capital projects within these properties. Diana possesses excellent overall management skills, communication skills and is well versed in many computer software applications. Diana is also a licensed REALTOR®/Broker in the Province of New Brunswick.

Don Richard

Don joined Real Estate 360 in 2010 as an Operations Manager, bringing more than 20 years of on-site building management and operational experience to the team. With his strong operational background, Don is responsible for building operations and capital projects at various properties in the Real Estate 360 portfolio. Don is fluent in French and excels in the implementation of energy management systems, fire safety systems and programs, conversion of heating systems to natural gas and troubleshooting various building issue.

Andrew Buchanan

Andrew Buchanan joined Real Estate 360 in 2019 and has been in the property management business for over ten years, specializing in apartments, houses, strip malls and condominiums. With a diverse career in construction, accounting, banking, building inspection, general management, facilitation, project co-ordination and property management. Andrew’s role as a Senior Property Manager involves oversight and management of high end and complex condominiums across Halifax Regional Municipality. Andrew is well versed in preventative maintenance and capital planning and works closely with condominium Boards of Directors to ensure buildings are high functioning, well maintained, and avoiding costly surprises. Andrew has a broad network of facilities specialists, trades people, contractors, security specialists, builders and other service providers that are critical to the smooth operation of residential buildings. He is particularly skilled at assisting Boards with project management, problem solving, long-term planning and sound fiscal management related to property maintenance and operations. Andrew enjoys the unique challenges and character that come with each property in his care as he is passionate about client service. He values the relationships he has with condominium Boards and residents and takes pride in his role in creating a thriving condominium community.

Nancy Hills

Nancy joined Real Estate 360 in 2010. Nancy comes to us with building operations experience particularly with high end condominiums. Nancy has worked in the condominium industry for twelve years overseeing and coordinating large capital projects. Her hands-on experience had enabled her to successfully operate with newly developed condominium projects, dealing with developer deficiencies and turnover requirements to Boards of Directors. Nancy currently deals with a wide range of operational items at a large number of properties under the management of Real Estate 360, both of a regularly scheduled nature and specialty projects.

Zach Taylor

Zach joined Real Estate 360 in January 2023 as a Property Manager. Previously Zach worked in commercial real estate on the administrative side as well as working in software sales and technical support.

Zach grew up in Dartmouth, paddling and playing hockey. Traveling and experiencing new cultures around the world is a passion of his. In his free time Zach likes to surf, play hockey, and work as a volunteer firefighter in my community.

Sarah joined Real Estate 360 in 2023. She previously worked in commercial real estate, property management, construction, and the hospitality industry for over a decade. With a portfolio of buildings aging from 20+ to under 4 years, Sarah takes the opportunity to form genuine working relationships with Boards, building staff and technicians alike.

As a graduate of Dalhousie University with a degree in Political Science and a focus in Public Policy, she values good governance and staying updated on relevant regulations, laws and technologies.

In her downtown, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their two little boys and their golden doodle.

Pamela Murphy

Pamela joined Real Estate 360 in August 2024 after moving to Nova Scotia from Ontario. Pamela has 25 years of accounting knowledge as well as over 14 years of Property Management. Pamela obtained her Ontario designation of RCM and OLCM in Ontario while working in the Condominium sector. She has hands-on experience in Project Management and working through developer’s deficiencies. Pamela enjoys budget time, and Reserve Fund Study updates to fine tune for each Corporation she manages as well as cultivating relationships the owners and tenants of the properties she manages.
