Andrew Buchanan

Andrew Buchanan joined Real Estate 360 in 2019 and brings over a decade of experience in property management, with a specialization in apartments, houses, strip malls, and condominiums. His diverse professional background spans construction, accounting, banking, building inspection, general management, facilitation, and project coordination—making him a well-rounded and highly effective leader in residential property operations.
As Director of Residential and Condominiums, Andrew oversees a broad and diverse portfolio that includes both high-end and affordable housing properties, as well as complex condominium communities across the Halifax Regional Municipality. His ability to adapt to the unique needs of each property type ensures that all residents—regardless of housing category—receive the highest standard of care and service.
Andrew is deeply experienced in preventative maintenance and capital planning, working closely with condominium Boards of Directors to ensure buildings are well-maintained, high-functioning, and financially sound. He is particularly skilled at assisting Boards with project management, long-term planning, and sound fiscal oversight to avoid costly surprises.

In 2022, Margaret stepped into the role of Accounting Manager, where she now leads the accounting department with a steady hand and a collaborative spirit. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to support not only her team but the entire office. Her extensive knowledge of condominium accounting is a tremendous asset to the company, particularly in supporting Condominium Boards with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Melissa Fraser

Melissa Fraser has been an integral part of Real Estate 360 since 2008. A true master of all trades, she began her journey with the company in the Accounting department and has since contributed her extensive knowledge and expertise across multiple divisions. Over the years, Melissa has held key roles including Condominium Manager and Property Administrator, each of which has deepened her understanding of the business and strengthened her leadership within the organization.
In her current role as Administration Manager, Melissa is a vital member of the Senior Management team. She oversees the Administration department with a focus on Human Resources, Special Projects, and Information Technology. She also plays a central role in client onboarding, ensuring that new partnerships begin with clarity, efficiency, and a high standard of service.

Diana Otteson

She has a total of 28 years of experience in the management of building operations, tendering and awarding of contracts for service requirements and subsequent supervision, promoting tenant relations, preparation of operating budgets, leasing & lease administration, preparation of management reports, and solicitation of new business. Her portfolio includes commercial, residential and condominium properties and she has been responsible for the coordination, implementation and project management of leasehold improvements and capital projects within these properties. Diana possesses excellent overall management skills, communication skills and is well versed in many computer software applications. Diana is also a licensed REALTOR®/Broker in the Province of New Brunswick.

A graduate of Dalhousie University with a degree in Political Science and a focus in Public Policy, Sarah values good governance and stays current with evolving regulations, technologies, and industry best practices.
